Good game/ bad admin
Had a bad glitch and cant pass to the next section of the game. Admin told me nothing they can do Ill just have to download the new version when it comes out. Cant get refunds for what Ive paid. I understand that programming and troubleshooting is a complex thing, but at least show a little customer service and "make" me think that they care. I rather have them make me believe that they were actually going to help me out when I reached out to them even if the issue isnt fix. Its all about customer service. Make me happy and make me "think" that someone really is trying to help me. Then maybe Ill consider downloading the "new" version whenever it comes out. At least something better than "the issue is too complex we cant do anything about it".
I love the game, I really do. The plot is nice, the characters are beautiful. However, for someone who creates a beautiful thing, the people working behind it is not that beautiful themselves.
Not saying that I myself is the best person, but still. If you are going to be working with customers. Please consider their time and money and their services. It is because of customers that you have you job. So please at least think about making us feel like the work
Revolve around us, even just for a couple of emails. After that, you can go and make "other users" feel like the world revolves around them. I would never contact you if I dont need help, or I I did not have a problem playing your wonderful game. But because I wanted to play more of the game that I reached out for help, after working so hard to level up my character and using a good amount of money eve tho I dont have to buy anything. But its because I love playing it so much that I didnt mind wasting my money on the game. Im just saying, customer service, customer service, customer service.
